TRAINING BOOKINGS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Method of Payment.
- Payment of all training costs, including payments in full, deposits and balances, can be made by debit card, credit card*, bank transfer or BACS. We do not accept cheques.
- Any payment made by credit card will incur a 2% charge.
For bookings made more than 21 days before the course date.
- If the cost of the course and any product requirements is over £100, a minimum deposit of £100 is required.
- You will be invoiced for the whole cost of the training 21 days before the course date at which time any balance due is payable.
- If the cost of the course and any product requirements is under £100, the full amount is payable. This is considered to be your deposit.
For bookings made within 21 days of the course.
- The full cost of the training fee and any product requirements is payable.
Cancellations.
- In the event that you cancel more than 21 days before the training date, your deposit will be retained but any balance paid will be refunded.
- In the event that you fail to to attend the course or you cancel within 21 days of the course, the full amount paid will be retained.
Postponements.
- In the event that you are unable to attend your training course, provided that we are notified at least 10 days before the course date, you may re-schedule your training date.
- Your re-scheduled training date must be within 60 days of the original course date.
- You may only postpone your training course once. A second postponement will be regarded as a cancellation, in which case the above cancellation terms apply.
Refund Requests.
Refunds are made at the sole discretion of the company.
Changes to terms & Conditions.
The company reserves the right to alter any details regarding terms and conditions without prior notice.
